KABUL (Pajhwok): The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs on Sunday an investigation was ongoing in the death of one of its national staff.
The UNOCHA in a brief statement said it was aware of the tragic death of one of their national staff yesterday (October 1). “The UNOCHA team in Afghanistan expresses our deepest sorrow and extends condolences to the family,” the UNOCHA statement said.
It said UNOCHA would not provide further comment at this time, pending the ongoing investigation.
