MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): The appellant court chief in northern Balkh province on Tuesday claimed all provincial government departments were rife with corruption.
Mohammad Najim Mohammadi said this while addressing a two-day seminar arranged by the northern region judiciary organs in Mazar-i-Sharif City, the capital of Balkh.
On the sidelines of the seminar, Mohammadi told Pajhwok Afghan News the aim of the gathering was to improve coordination among judiciary organs, fight corruption in the organs and observe women’s rights.
