KABUL remained precarious during the third quarter of 2016, and deteriorated in many areas, displacing thousands of families.
Recent violent clashes between government forces and the armed opposition forced thousands of families to flee their homes, with medical facilities struggling to cope with the influx of wounded civilians and fighters, ICRC Spokesman Ahmad Ramin Ayaz said.
