CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): Seven civilians were killed in a roadside explosion in the Syedkhelo district of central Parwan province on Tuesday, an official said.
Ahmad Lamar Usmanyar, the town’s administrative chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News the slain people were the residents of Sherin Jan village and among them one was the village elder.
He said, these people were on their way to Kapisa province to attend a wedding ceremony when their vehicle struck a roadside bomb near their village . . .
