JALALABAD (Pajhwok): A NATO has expressed the alliance’s willingness to cooperate with the reconciliation process under a proper plan involving tribal elders and influential figures, an official said on Thursday.
Attaullah Khogyani, spokesman for the governor of eastern Nangarhar, said Lt. Gen. Rosario Castellano, civil outreach officer for the Resolute Support (RS) mission, voiced his readiness during a meeting with Governor Gulab Mangal.
During the meeting late on Wednesday, Khogyani said, the two sides discussed a wide range of issues, including the repatriation of Afghan refugees . . .
