KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): Residents of southern Kandahar province complain of prolonged power loadshedding, saying they are faced with multiple problems.
Industrialists also grumble about unscheduled loadshedding, saying their factories have to be content with a 10 hours power supply for diesel generator.
