KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): Police on Thursday claimed detaining four burglars in northern Kunduz province. The detainees were accused of robbing shops in Kunduz and Baghlan provinces.
Col. Najibullah Sartir, crime branch chief at the police headquarters, said in a statement the four men had been under surveillance for a long time and were finally netted in Kunduz cityon Wednesday.
He said the detainees’ recent crime was robbing a mobile shop in Baghlan. After they fled to Kunduz, police arrested them.The detainees are currently under investigation.
