PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Forty-five people died and more than 100 injured in traffic accidents during the past 10 months in central Logar province, an official said on Wednesday.
The governor’s spokesman, Salim Saleh, told Pajhwok Afghan News traffic incidents doubled this year compared to last year’s.
He added 45 people were killed and 111 others injured including women and children as a result of traffic mishaps in the province. He blamed most of the accidents on drivers’ negligence and bad condition of roads . . .
