PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Schoolteachers in the Mohammad Agha district of central Logar province have accused the district chief of halting plots distribution to them under a residential scheme, a claim the district chief rejected on Monday.
Noor Ahmad, a teacher at the central High School, said the teacher township was inaugurated two months ago but teachers were not given the plots.
“Provincial officials came, they inaugurated the township and ordered the distribution of plots to teachers, but the district chief has been showing laziness.”
Ahmad said they had discussed the issue twice . . .
