LASHKARGAH (Pajhwok): Five people, including women and children, were killed and 25 others wounded in a traffic accident in southern Helmand province on Friday, officials said.
Governor spokesman Umar Zwak said, the accident happened before noon when a 303 type bus overturned on Herat-Helmand Highway in Washir district.
He said the bus belonged to Ahmad Shah Abdali Transportation Company and was on its way to Herat province. The accident happened due the recklessness driving, he added.
