FAIZABAD (Pajhwok): The People's Republic of China distributed food aid to around 550 impoverished families in northeastern Badkhshan province, an official said on Saturday.
The food items included 25 tonnes of rice, 30 tonnes of flour, five tonnes of ghee (cooking oil) and 5.7 tonnes of salt.
