JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Ten security forces and 20 militants have been killed in clashes and US drone strike in eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Sunday.
Eleven Taliban and six security personnel, including an Afghan National Army (ANA) soldier, were killed in an overnight clash in the Ghanikehl district.
Separately, four policemen and several Taliban have been killed in a clash in Khogyano district. He said the clash took place Saturday night on the outskirts of district centre.
