SHARAN (Pajhwok): At least two insurgent commanders were among 29 fighters killed in a drone strike in southeastern Paktika province, the governor’s office said on Tuesday.
The air raid was conducted in the Tangi area of Zerok district on Monday afternoon, a statement from the media cell of the governor’s house said.
It identified the slain Taliban commanders as Afghan Waziristani and Khuzaifa, who were involved in many terrorist attacks.
