JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Unidentified gunmen have torched a polio vaccination campaign centre in the Batikot district of eastern Nangarhar province, officials said on Monday.
Attaullah Khogyani, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the gunmen also damaged vaccination items at the centre in Chardihi area late on Sunday night.
There were no casualties in the arson attack, Khogyani said.
