KABUL (Pajhwok): The cabinet’s legislative committee on Monday approved a code for management of educational scholarships after a review to ensure justice and transparency.
In a statement from his office, 2nd Vice-President Sarwar Danish called reforms and review of the educational scholarships regulation central to transparency and justice.
Danish said ministries and other government institutions were responsible for awarding scholarships based on academic and legal criteria so all eligible people were enabled to benefit from the opportunities.
