JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Afghan Border Police (ABP) commander Col. Mohammad Ayub Hussainkhel on Tuesday said they had repulsed several militant attacks in the past six months and inflicted heavy casualties on the enemy.
While launching ‘ABP action plan’ for summer, the commander said police achievements this year were great compared to the previous year and their casualties had been low as well.
Hussainkhel said his unit personnel were ready and fully equipped to effectively respond to rebel attacks.
He claimed 667 militants were killed and 367 were wounded in 1,113 attacks . . .
