SHARAN (Pajhwok): As many as 100,000 residents of southeastern Paktika province will be provided with jobs through water supply, rural roads and regional integration projects.
The projects in different parts of the province near the Pakistan border were funded by the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MoRRD), an official said on Saturday.
Eng. Momin, head of rural rehabilitation and development for Paktika, told Pajhwok Afghan News during an exclusive interview several projects would be implemented in Sharan, the provincial capital, and districts this year.
