MAIMANA (Pajhwok): At least five people including an uprising commander have been killed in Qurghan district while a man was gunned down in Bacheragh district of northwestern Faryab province, an official said Thursday.
Local officials said five people were killed during a dinner party in Aimaq Khana area of Qurghan district around 9pm last night.
An official who wished to go unnamed, said a public upraising commander, Chari Khan was along with his two fighters, a tribal elder, Haji Seddiq and one another person killed during a party hosted by one of their friends, Mastari . . .
