JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Three civilians were killed in gunfire by foreign forces after a bomb blast that apparently targeted their convoy in eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Monday.
Abdul Wahab, the administrative chief for Ghanikhel district, said the convoy of NATO-led troops came under roadside bomb attack at around 1:00am. After the blast, the foreign forces opened fire on civilians.
Three civilians close to the site of the blast, mistaken as attackers by the soldiers, were gunned down, the official said, adding the incident . . .
