KABUL (HIA) member Khalid Farooqi has died of heart attack in Kabul, an official said on Monday.
The former lawmaker suffered the heart attack on Sunday night and breathed his last on his way to hospital, said a source in the Hekmatyar-led party.
President Ashraf Ghani’s deputy spokesman Dawa Khan Minapal also confirmed the death of Farooqi and expressed his profound shock.
