EU Welcomes ratification of CAPD by Afghanistan’s Parliament

abul, 18 July 2017: Today, the Parliament of Afghanistan ratified the Cooperation Agreement on Partnership and
Development (CAPD) between the European Union, its Member States and the Islamic Republic of
Afghanistan.
