KABUL insurgents were killed and two security personnel injured during an ongoing clash that erupted last night in Aqcha district of northern Jawzjan province, the governor said on Tuesday.
Jawzjan Governor Mualvi Lotfullah Azizi said the government forces came under Taliban attack in Kolta Shak area of the district on Monday night, sparking a clash that left eight insurgents dead and two security officials injured.
He said the clash was ongoing and that insurgents seized a security post and some weapons and ammunition during the attack . . .
