Ismat, who spoke in Urdu, said he was arrested by Afghan security forces in injured condition during a clash in Janikhel district. He said Afghan forces after his medical treatment in Gardez transferred him to Kabul.
He said propaganda campaign of Jaish-i-Mohammad, Lashkar-i-Jhangvi and Sepahi Sahaba on loudspeakers in mosques in Punjab province encouraged him to jump into the fight against the Afghan government.
He said training camps of terrorist groups were situated near Zafar village of Punjab and in Tal, a locality in Khyber Pakhunkhawa province.
Ismat said he was loyal to Maulvi for fighting because all of the Afghan security forces were Muslim and there was no infidel.
