SAR-I-PUL (Pajhwok): Nearly 40 bodies allegedly killed by militants after being abducted have been found in two mass graves in the Mirzawalang locality of northern Sar-i-Pul province.
At least 50 people were killed after Daesh and Taliban stormed the Mirzawalang valley on August 5. Security forces wrested back the area yesterday (Monday).
Security forces recovered the bodies from graves with the help of local people. Most of the corpses had received bullets and some were beheaded.
