GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): The governor of southern Ghazni province has said a plan for dealing with security threats in eight districts is sent to the central government.
Addressing a press conference here, Abdul Karim Mateen said the level of insecurity had surged in Ghazni recently and some districts faced ‘a dangerous security situation.’
Waghaz, Andar, Gero, Qarabagh, Gilan, Zankhan, Khogyani and De Yak are districts facing insecurity, according to the governor.
Without naming a place, Mateen said security forces in some areas remained engaged in firefight for 24 hours.
