MAHMUD RAQI (Pajhwok): Two police personnel and as many civilians were killed in a roadside bombing in Nijrab district of central Kapisa province on Thursday.
Kapisa police chief Mohammad Raziq Yaqobi told Pajhwok Afghan News the landmine ripped through a ranger pick-up vehicle in Pota area of the district today noon.
He said the explosion left the district’s rights manager, another civil servant, a police platoon commander and another policeman dead.
There has been so far no claim of responsibility for the blast.
