TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): Four civilians and three police were wounded on Monday when a bomb-rigged motorcycle was remotely detonated in the capital of central Uruzgan province, police said.
The blast took place in the limits of the first police district in Tirinkot, the provincial capital, near a police vehicle, said Mirwais, deputy head of the area police station.
He said the police vehicle was also damaged in the blast.
Officials at the civil hospital confirmed receiving eight injured people at the hospital.
There was no claim of responsibility for the blast . . .
