KABUL (Pajhwok): Five people were killed and eight others injured in a blast on New Kabul Bank branch office near the US embassy in Kabul on Tuesday, an official said.
Najibullah Danish, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) spokesman, said police arrested a suspected individual from the site of blast and investigation was underway in this regard.
The employee of new Kabul Bank branch, who wished to go unnamed, said security guard of the bank was among the dead .
