KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): Internally displaced families in southeastern Khost province have received cash and food aid, an official said on Thursday.
Governor Hakam Khan Habibi told Pajhwok Afghan News the families were displaced as result of war from the Janikhel district of southeastern Paktia province.
The food packages included 200 kilograms of flour, 14 kilograms of pulses, 14 kilograms of ghee and some eatables provided by the World Food Program (WFP),.
