QALAT (Pajhwok): A man shot and killed two persons inside the Justice Department of southern Zabul province and made his escape good on Saturday, police said.
The alleged killer and the deceased men arrived at the Justice Department to file a legal case against each other, said deputy provincial police chief Col. Ghulam Jilani Farahi.
He said the two parties had visited the Justice Department to address a legal issue between them when one of the opponents opened fire, killing two and injuring a third.
