KABUL, on Wednesday stepped down from his post, citing personal and political reasons.
Abdul Latif Roshan told Pajhwok Afghan News that he had handed over his resignation letter to President Ashraf Ghani due to personal and political reasons.
He did not go into the details of his reasons. “I don’t want to be (a) victim of rumors,” he said.
He added that he will continue his academic services as an Afghan academic cadre.
