8 Pakistani militants dead in Nangarhar airstrike

JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Eight Pakistani militants have been killed in an airstrike by NATO, the army said on Thursday.
The air raid on a rebel hideout was conducted in the Achin district of eastern Nangarhar province late on Wednesday, the Selab Military Corps said in a statement.
It added the militants hailed from Pakistan‘s Punjab province. Civilians suffered no harm in the bombardment, the statement said. The insurgents are yet to comment on the incident.
