GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): Local officials in southern Ghazni province on Monday acknowledged their inability to attend offices in the Qarabagh district due to insecurity.
Qarabagh district chief Sahib Khan told Pajhwok Afghan News the Qarabagh-Ghazni City highway had become insecure.
