KABUL (Pajhwok): An American soldier has succumbed to the injuries he sustained during an accident in eastern Nangarhar province, the US military says.
In a statement, the US Forces-Afghanistan said on Monday two other American service members were injured in the accident. They are under medical treatment.
The service members were not in contact with enemy forces at the time of the accident, the statement added. The latest fatality raises number of US forces killed this year . . .
