KABUL (Pajhwok): Dismissing the Presidential Palace announcement of his resignation as the governor of northern Balkh province, Atta Mohammad Noor on Saturday asked the unity government not to threaten him with foreign countries.
Addressing a gathering remembering a former Jamiat-i-Islami jihadi commander Zabihullah Shaheed in Mazar-i-Sharif, Noor said his resignation was conditional and their talks with the government had not reached a conclusion.
