JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Security forces have foiled an attempt of suicide bombing by recovering a suicide vest and arresting a shopkeeper in the Khogyani district of eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Saturday.
Governor spokesman Attaullah Khogyani told Pajhwok Afghan News militants had prepared the jacket for suicide bombing in Jalalabad city or any other area but it was recovered by the personnel of National Directorate of Security (NDS).
