KABUL (Pajhwok): The National Unity Government (NUG) has promised introducing a new governor for northern Balkh province at all costs.
About few days back, President Ashraf Ghani accepted Governor Atta Mohammad Noor’s resignation and announced Eng. Dawood as his replacement.
