Illegal commander kills 2 individuals in Ghor attack

FEROZKOH (Pajhwok): Two individuals have been shot dead by an illegal gunman in western Ghor province, residents said on Monday.

Pictures of the victims, obtained by Pajhwok Afghan News, show they were killed by the leader of irresponsible gunmen in Dolina district.

Abdul Hai Khatibi, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok the victims were involved in a suicide attack that took place last week.

The killer, whose father had lost his life in the attack, murdered the men under mysterious circumstances in revenge, the official said.

Pajhwok tried to contact the commander but failed. About 10,000 illegal gunmen are reportedly operating in the province.
