KABUL (Pajhwok): The spy-network on Saturday claimed preventing a terrorist attack in northern Kunduz province by arresting a would-be suicide bomber.
A statement from the National Directorate of Security (NDS) said the allege would be attacker was detained during a raid in Kunduz City, the provincial capital.
It identified the suspect, Qari Mohammad Sadiq, a member of the Taliban. He was arrested along with explosive devises.
