MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): Ahmad Shah Massoud Foundation chief Ahmad Wali Massoud on Monday accused the Presidential Palace of creating the differences between CEO Abdullah and former Balkh governor Atta Mohammad Noor.
Massoud, who arrived in the capital of northern Balkh province, Mazar-i-Sharif, met with the former governor. After his meeting with Noor, Massoud told reporters that Afghanistan faced a legal vacuum due to non-implementation of the Constitution and the unity government deal, which had plunged the country into crisis.
