KABUL militants in central Maidan Wardak province, an official said on Saturday.
Abdul Rahman Mangal, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident took place in Yousufkhel locality of Sayed Abad district late on Friday night.
He said bullets fired during the clash hit a civilian home, killing two children and wounding eight others including women and children of a family.
