KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Telecommunication and Information Technology on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation (MoTCA) on making quick postal services in the country.
The MoU was signed between Head of Afghan Post Ahmad Waheed Wais and MoTCA’s coordination affairs head Wais Sultani here in the presence of Telecommunication and Information Minister Shazada Aryubi.
