KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Kabul Mayor Abdullah Habibzai and some other officials have been referred to the Attorney General Office (AGO) for misuse of authority. Habibzai, however, slams the charge a conspiracy against him.
AGO spokesman Jamshed Rassouli confirmed to Pajhwok Afghan News cases against Habibzai and some other official of the municipality had been received by the special attorney department at the anti-corruption court.
As and when the investigation conclude, he promised, it would become clear whether or not the allegations were based on facts . . .
