KABUL (Pajhwok): The High Economic Council (HEC) has approved electricity supply in border districts, a plan to cut the Internet price and establishing a cement factory, the Presidential Palace said Sunday.
The electricity supply project to border districts was approved after an intense discussion at the HEC meeting presided over by President Ashraf Ghani, a statement from the palace said.
