KABUL (MoPH) has launched an administrative training program to improve the capacity of civil hospital heads and provincial health departments.
Public Health Minister Dr. Ferozuddin Feroz said on Sunday: “Unfortunately, professional doctors are serving as administrators in most of our hospitals. Therefore the need to improve administration is always felt and this program is for the same purpose.”
