Currently, about 13,500 foreign troops are stationed in Afghanistan as part of NATO’s Resolute Support (RS) mission.The international troops include 192 Polish soldiers.
In a statement, Abdullah’s office, said the CEO discussed expansion of bilateral cooperation during his meeting in Kabul with Polish President Andrzej Duda.
Abdullah commended Duda for Poland’s military cooperation with Afghanistan and urged him to boost troop contribution, according to the statement.
