HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): At least six people were killed including children and seven others were wounded in a bomb blast in the Shindad district of western Herat province on Monday, an official said.
Ghulam Jilani Farhad, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident occurred in Tang-i-Til locality of the district at around 5pm Monday.
He said the explosives had been skillfully planted on a three-wheeler that went off killing six people including children and injuring seven others.
