KABUL (Pajhwok): The price of gold has jumped while that of other essential items remains steady during the outgoing week in the capital Kabul, market source said Saturday.
Haji Fawad Ahmad Saleh, a jeweler in Timor Shahi area of Kabul, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the price of one gram of Arabian gold increased from 2,400 Afghanis to 2,450 Afghanis and the same amount of Russian variety from 1,850 Afghanis to 1,900 Afghanis.
