ASADABAD (Pajhwok): Daesh, or so called Islamic State (IS), rebels have banned telecom services in four districts of eastern Kunar province, an official said on Saturday.
Gauhar Sapi, a resident of Manogi district, told Pajhwok Afghan News the militants had restricted telephone services for the last one month, an issue that has caused residents serious problems.
Besides Manogi, the problem has also surfaced in Chapa Dara district, where people are obliged to go to other areas for making phone calls.He asked the government and telecom firms to resolve . . .
