KABUL (Pajhwok): The High Economic Council (HEC) has approved ‘the National Consumer Support Policy (NCSP)’ and decides to re-announce the contract of Jabus Siraj Cement Factory, a statement from the Presidential Palace said on Thursday.
The HEC meeting, chaired by President Ashraf Ghani, was held before noon Thursday and discussed the NCSP, the establishment of dairy product factories and Jabus Siraj Cement Factory.
